Due to a short technical maintenance on Friday, 3rd of July at 12:30 GMT, players will not be able to login to the EU servers for about 15 minutes. Already logged in players will not be affected and will be able to play on.
Yes, the fix for the main issue causing disconnects was rolled out in the update this week. There does appear to still be some rarer occurrences happening however and we are continuing to investigate.
