My net sux in very uncommon way. My net speed is good i dont have problem with that, but .. when and ONLY when i am playing l2 my net dc me like random korean gen. I can be online for 24 hours and dont get dc, but i can have 5 dc in a hour :confused:
My net is like this - I click on one icon to start my net session. But only when i am playing l2, my net dc me and dont want to connect me again, before i close L2
For example today - i make shop with my char, and 1-5 min after i left home, i got the dam dc. I got dc every fucking time i set a shop, its almost imposible for me to sell or buy anything. Its a dam miracle i can play and dont get dc so often ... and the WORST is - nobody know why.
or i am making aoe - dc =dead

i cant take it anymore ... what is so unique and wrong with this computer, that this is the only PC i get this problem, and why nobody can tell me something reasonable for a reason why i have this problem for a first place

After you enable the connection try open a CMD and do ipconfig /flushdns then start the game, dunno if will help with your issue, atm im out of any ideas :/

Have you checked your system for viruses and ad-ware - those can really screw around with your comps performance.

Download these 2 pieces of software:
SpyBot Search & Destroy
Ad-aware Free

Update them and do a full scan. Also check your C:/Windows/system32/drivers - "Hosts" file. Maybe it contains some nasty IPs there.
Also you can try "Hijackthis" software. It does a deep analysis of your computer and generates a log which could reveal other hidden problems.
Are you using any bandwidth limiters/programs to "boost" your connection?
Did you do any registry modifications to lower your ping?
What AV are you using? Some obscure ones have problems with L2.
What firewall are you using?
Are you using a router?
I hope you'll solve your problems soon. :)

WinMTR (http://winmtr.sourceforge.net/winmtr_bin.zip) is good thing to test your connection, it's advanced trace route utility. Also you can check your connection speed and delay with http://www.speedtest.net/

BIG 10x everyone, when i am home i will try everything u suggest. My net provider get a headache trying to solve this :D, anyway if nothing helps - i am move in new place after 2 months + new comp (i hope) + new net provider = WIN :D

had that thing loong time ago, and well the dc tended to start in my pc where i input the isp user name and pass. was really ain trying to let over night shops, so a lot of time i had my items sold in genosha's shop. i must say that i got dc only in l2, everything else worked like it was suposed to.
anyway, what i did, was buyin a router and set the connection in router, so i won't have to connect everytime i start my pc through that isp username thing, and had my connection set to stay on forever from router. now im preatty ok with few dc, but that thing really improved a lot since i started using the router. gl mate
