1 - All officers should watch if the Clan Rules are followed by every Clan Member, and always you see a lack of info, or you think that rule should be reviewed, that should be discussed on the respective Forum.
2 - Nobody can put self interests of any kind to benefit himself or any specific Clan Member. Or perform any action due to personal feelings, race, religion, etc.
3 - Is completely forbidden of any kind of competition between Officers.
4 - Any Clan Member requests should be made in writing on the clan website in the Eximius Private Forum. If the Clan Members has no chance to fill the request, that should be informed to the Member and give knowledge to the rest of the Officers and Clan Leaders, requests for SA Crystals are depending from the Member Join Date, Activity, Participation and require one of the Leaders approve or all three of the High Officers approval. Materials Requests of any type should be forward to the Clan Leader since everything is split by different warehouses. Adena requests are not supported in any chance, any request of that kind should be forward to the leaders so they can check and/or work on that.
5 - Any Clan Member requests or actions against members should be done after informing all the Officers and Clan Leaders. Nobody is allowed to Kick anyone out of the Clan without at least 3 votes from the Officers or with approval of any Head Officer and or Clan Leaders. (Exceptions are applied if someone find a player Botting, the action should be always verified by an Officer and get the possible proofs about that action, only after the proofs are gathered the Member should be expelled of the Clan)
6 - Any info about the Clan or Alliance to anyone out of the Alliance should be closed to the public info (Leader/Officers names, Clan Level, Number of Members, etc.) any other requested info that player should be forwarded to the Forum where he can open a formal request to be reviewed by everyone, with the exception of Clan/Alliance politics by and with the Clan Leaders, or High Officers.
7 - Raid Drops should be placed and listed always if possible on the respective Forum and with the info on the Allied Clans participation if any, requests about those drops need to be approved by one of the Leaders or two High Officers. If a Raid or Rift situation require help from anyone out of the Clan that player can always be rewarded in a drop situation, for the Rift situations Soul Crystals should be given only to Clan Members or trustful Allied Members, the invited player can't request Soul Crystals but he can level is own one.
8 - Declare or accepting Wars always need Leaders approve or two of the High Officers, the only exception is under a gank situation where any High Officer should declare the war to prevent Members XP Loss, soon its over the War should be dropped and all the info forwarded to the High Council.
9 - In a War, PvP, Siege situation Officers are forbidden to start or feed any drama, always possible try to just ignore them not even replying to any "Drama" or provocation, and pass that feel to the Clan or Allied Members involved or not.
10 - Anything related to Members actions the Clan Rules should be applied, depending of the Member action any officer can submit a poll about the Member to be punished (Ex. Get dropped to last request place), to be kicked or to be warned.
11 - Any Head Officer Member should be able to assume Leadership under any Clan action going but always without interfere with other Officer. In a War or mass pvp situation the Officer can delegate the Leadership of the Party / Party's to any other member you think that can manage it better. If a Officer delegate the Leadership of the Party / Party's to any Member he should make sure the Officer Rule #9, or the Clan Rule #4 are followed.
12 - Is absolutely forbidden share with anyone any Closed Forum discussions.
13 - If a Officer receive a help request from an other Officer, that should be viewed as a priority over member requests.
14 - Every Officer should act as a Mature person over and in any kind of situation, any chance a Officer don't feel comfortable or think it should not interfere with any Member, or anyone/anything else forward that issue to the rest of the Head Officers and Clan Leaders.
