have weird feeling about. from one side, no more helping bots, from other side, less lags... ----Magic damage of 2-hand mage Weapons got slightly increased. this one would be interesting for our raids... oh, sry for spam. too excited. and tehre is nobody to reply on whole forum.

OKAY ! now some technical stuff....
all skills/magic skills NO LONGER depend on cast/attack speed. instead, they decrease all base time a) by 25% b) to 25%... on blah everybody agrees with b). so... pretty much difference between races will be same, eg. sh will make same amount of nukes as sps... the thing is, sps will be able to cast 1st skill faster and then, maybe, to cast smth in between. also, tatoo priorities will change. eg, no more instant(well, not so instant if not full baff) re-use of frenzy for destroes and stuff... humans/dwarfs can easily do -dex+str+con... as well sws+dagger would be dead. skill-spamming classes can get away dagers now and use smth more like 1h/2h swords...well, we don't even have t2.2 yet, it will be more than 6-7 months till gracia final...
