Once I was hunting outside LoA... the area with the drakes... Till I realised the next drake i was attacking was a bit stronger than the usuall ones...
You might have guessed it. It was the RB looking exactly like a normal drake
Back when I played on Gustin, I lead my own clan. We were doing our lvl 4 clan quest. At this point, we were all in our low-50s, so the quest took some effort. I am boxing my room mates healer to take care of the poison. The only problem is that the healer is in the other room. I am able to keep myself healed from the poison for the whole quest without a problem.
We finally get all of the quest items and I stand up to talk to the NPC. I finish talking to the NPC and I am still poisoned... So I try to talk to the NPC again. While I am doing this, I sort of died. The funniest part is that in my inventory was the antidote to cure the poison. I just didnt realize the NPC gave it to me.
In the attached pic, you can see the antidote in the upper left hand corner of my inventory.
A funny death I had was this morning. I was killing mobs with Ankhesenamun (my buffer wannebe) So one archer mob was shooting at me from a tree, so I drained him and all of a sudden 20 mobs jumped out of the tree (yes I counted them) so I died To bad I didn't make a ss. Anyway better run away so only 1 mob will jump from the tree
this happened at Lionna. I wanted to take a ss near a rb... i had alt+J (or H don't remember the excact letter ) i was clicking so my toon and rb will be looking at the same place..Well then i clicked at rb and i attacked it. so the RB was looking left and i was looking the stars
Ok, one of my favorite stories is back in the day when we were on Bartz and I had just started playing and had a SH has my main toon. Well Doom and another friend at the time decieded to take me to the cats for the first time.
We after being here for about 2 hours, our friend (Lon for those that are in the know...) decided to hit me with his Tyrant to see what damage it would do, I of course responded on the SH and m crited and killed him, then without realizing it, I hit my macro button (had dance, etc, then sit) and the toon was sitting on his dead body. We then spent the next 30 mins at MRT so he could get his "revenge" - the conversation on TS was the best that I have had in a long time.

Me - umm yea.. remember, you helped me do the 3rd class change quest.
The first one I was on my Dread in its 60'es poling at ABG, povoking groups then spamming skills, and got a bit too close to Raha without realising it :P.
I learned then that there is also a downside of provoke having such a big range :P.
The second is i was in LOA poling in early 70's and I was so tired that I forgot to switch clients and I ran to gather mobs on the SE instead of the Dread .

Not that bad. Me and friends used EE+SE to pull angels on Toi10 long time ago.
Alright, I have thought about this for a little bit and I came up with a few more.
1. back on Gustin in late C1 or early C2 I bought my clan members out to forbidden gateway to do a clan party. I was the main assist and we were killing really fast. I shoot a Falabati (sp?) and say assist me. The problem is that this Falabati ended up being the mini boss that (at the time) looked exactly like the other mobs there. We actually ended up almost killing it, but it was a full party wipe.
2. I believe this was the first day of C2. I swam down to Evas Garden (I think that is what it is). For those of you that don't know, this was the first chronicle to introduce 2 things: magic crits and treasure chests. I see a treasure chest on the ground and think "maybe I have to hit it to open it" so I shoot an arrow at it. Boom it blows up and I fall to the ground dead. Apparently the chest magic crit me.
