Problems logging on to Naia

Hi guys. i haven't been really active lately. A lot of that has to do with the fact that I'm working full time now> But when i do try to log on, i get a message that says "Due to high server traffic, your login attempt has failed" is there anything i can do that will stop this from happening?

No mate, the server is really full :/ You have to try several times to login... sometimes it goes from 5 to 30+ min. Unless you can login after 22.00 and leave character on all night, and be lucky to not dc.

i find after my 4 pm it works on 1st try almost always then .... soooo would be your 1pm i think

NCSoft delivers a bad bad "truly free service". If i want to play on Naia i have to run my account 12 hours for nothing, to set my afk placeholder. In my country these are energy costs, which are even as high as ole abonnement. Added to this this crap resource stealing software. >.<
In my eyes this is a wrong way. NCsoft should be punished for waste electric energy, bandwith and resourrces of their clients not to forget waste of time for trying login.

Sent another ticket to this arrogant management, who is blinded by the first money rain they claimed with their promisses.

I will be next time online, when i can get online beyond 10 login tries. __-->Think this means never

Do you have any plan to give Naia a higher capacity to handle enough accounts of interrested gamers.
Since weeks its nearly impossible to get connected with my some year old accounts. It make no sence for me to start my pc with L2 before work. Could block logspace with a shop then for 12 hours. This way thousands of players handle your bottle neck server. This is a loss loss situation for all.
Many players cannot come online in a normal timeline. Many online chars are only placeholders until the real gamers have real time to play, and best of all your truly free means higher nergy costs for all.
If i would go this iraational way my costs would be much higher, than with the ole abonnement.

Your actually service quality is for me a clear signal to end with L2 after six years.

NcSoft always won the worst support I found in a game, hope more and more complain I did my part even feeling that is useless, I got dc this morning and seems impossible to log again for TW day, tomorrow sieges day so server will be impossible again, how they want clan leaders to not start using bot programs to get online since those do it for them.

Hope someone put hands on that, since the changes on Nc team the service have fall a lot.

Hope to see you around one of this days South, I wish the same sometimes for me too!
